Using the polygonal selection tool, I selected the picture of the woman and copied and pasted it into the different picture frames on the picture of the gallery. After they were pasted, I went to edit > transform > distort and dragged the corners of the woman to the corners of the frame to fit the dimension and angle of the frame.

To make the street look like a reflection of the buildings, I selected, copied, and then pasted the buildings. Then I flipped the pasted layer vertically, then went to edit > transform > distort to fit it to the shape of the street.
To fix the skin tone, I went to image > adjustments > color balance & levels. I drew in the eyeliner, mascara, and slight highlights on her shoulders and collar bones. To change the tint of her lipstick, I went to image > adjustments > color balance and made them more pink. I cleaned up her eyebrows using the clone stamp. As a final touch, I went to filter > blur > surface blur to soften the texture in her face.
